Ms. Gulnar Begum, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-09-2025 Heard the learned Senior counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 225 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 109(1), 124(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., later on Section 103(1) of B.N.S. was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners, who are father and step-mother of the deceased, are alleged to have sprinkled kerosene oil and set her ablaze.

4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63492 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. The petitioners are in custody since 01.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the F.I.R., it appears that the deceased had committed suicide.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 225 of 2025.
