Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are separate from the victim. Accusation is omnibus and general.
The case was registered in 2012, but the present application has been preferred in 2015, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41877 of 2015 (2) dt.12-10-2015 Keeping in view that the others have been granted anticipatory bail in the year 2012-13, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 22 of 2012, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
