2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Samastipur Muffassil P.S. Case No. 241 of 2001.
3. It is submitted that the F.I.R. was instituted as far back in the year 2001 but after due investigation final form was submitted and accepted. The petitioner along with co-accused Manish Kumar have been summoned under Section 319 Cr. P.C. in course of trial. Similarly situated co-accused Manish Kumar aforesaid has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 25142 of 2016 (Annexure-2).

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-2, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Muffassil P.S. Case No. 241 of 2001, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/-BT U T
