2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for the issuance of appropriate writ or order or orders or direction or directions commanding the respondents to conduct the inquiry over the issuance of forge and fabricated letters being letter No.479/25 dated 22.04.2025 issued under the seal and signature of D.C.L.R., Patna

Patna High Court CWJC No.14766 of 2025(4) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 Sadar, Patna and Sanchika No.013 BLA (Margdarshan) 013/25 dated 15.07.2025 issued under the seal and signature of Additional Chief Secretary, the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms.

It is relevant to mention here that on the basis of these forge and fabricated documents, the private respondent in connivance with the concerned police station has been trying to evict the petitioner in whose name title, Jamabandi and other records exist with regard to the said land.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance against one Ravindra Kumar (who has not been made party respondent).

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
