A 1991 inspection cannot form basis for any kind of recommendation for the institution in question for many a reasons. The District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur is directed to conduct an enquiry with regard to the existence as well as infrastructure etc. of the institution, in question, forward its report to the Chairman of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board, who will process the same and make their recommendation for an appropriate decision to be taken at the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14693 of 2015 dt.20-06-2016 2/2 level of the State Government.

The District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur must ensure that such an inspection is carried out and report forwarded to the Chairman of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board within a period of three months from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.

Writ application is disposed off with observation / direction as above.
