2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 132, 117(2), 324(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., one Sunny Kumar was apprehended on spot, who disclosed the name of petitioner and other coaccused, who fled away from spot. The police also seized two motorcycles on spot, out of which, one motorcycle belongs to this petitioner. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
