The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019 in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dine Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, the informant is not a eye witness and so far as the present petitioner is concerned, there is no specific allegation against him. It is further submitted that co-accused, namely, Chuna Choudhary @ Sanjit Kumar Choudhary @ Sanjit Choudhary has been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 12.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73584 of 2018.

Case No. 184 of 2018.
