JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The mobile phone through which demand of ransom was made was found in the name of one Md. Zakir. Subsequently, it came to light that aforesaid Md. Zakir used to talk with one girl, who was later on interrogated and disclosed that she used to meet one Rahul Kumar. The police having got the aforesaid information arrested Rahul Kumar and petitioner and recorded their confessional statements. Moreover, co-accused, Rahul Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Chiprachala Anjali, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
