JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-12-2019 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "This writ application is being filed in the nature of Public Interest Litigation commanding the respondent authority to take legal and suitable action immediately against such all the shops who are running a fake business of Blood Collection Centre/Pathological shops/Nurshing Homes/ Medicine Shops in the whole District of Hajipur at Vaishali without licence and committing irregularity, fraud with the people of locality and playing fraud with the health of the public at large in the area." Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6201 of 2018(20) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 states that he has already represented by filing representation dated 07.12.2016 (Annexure-3) to the concerned authority, but no decision has been taken till date.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar, the Principal Secretary, who is present in Court, states that if the petitioner represents afresh within a period of four weeks, any decision thereupon shall be taken in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner, contends that petitioner shall be content if writ petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent no. 2) within a period of four weeks.
