Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by order dated 25.03.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 6800 of 2015 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining nine months in jail. Petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2014 i.e. he has already remained in jail for more than ten months.

In the circumstances aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43085 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 329 of 2014.
