2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No. 297 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Petitioners are named accused in the F.I.R. with allegation that due to land dispute, these petitioners committed murder of grandfather of the informant by stabbing knife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62255 of 2025(3) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 made accused in this case only on suspicion due to admitted land dispute between the parties. Petitioners are in custody since 27.06.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran connection with Pipra P. S. Case No. 297 of 2025.
