The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ for commanding the respondents to make the payment of Rs. 9,78,800/- out of Rs. 17,78,800/- with statutory interest in favour of the petitioner as she has completed the works / construction of Rural Piped water supply in Ward No. 08 Village Azad Nagar in Gram Panchayat Kachnawan under the Mukhya Mantri Gramin Payjal Nischay Yojana and accordingly the M.B. has been made to the amount of Rs. 17,78,800/-. Out of which Rs. 8 lacs has already been paid to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite work having been done, payment is not been made. He submits that the Additional Secretary/Health Engineering Department, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 1) will be appropriate authority to look into the matter.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition comes up for consideration, an appropriate order shall be passed.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent within four weeks.
