This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sabour P.S. Case No. 178 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498-A, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant and the main allegation is against the husband of the informant, inasmuch as, there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1156 of 2022(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 their arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour P.S.
