1. The limited prayer, made by the petitioners, in the present case, is to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Saran Division, Chhapra to dispose off the pending Stamp Appeal Case No.18 of 2019.

2. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment case is still pending, the same shall be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame, as is fixed by this Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.14146 of 2024(2) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 Court.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Saran Division, Chhapra to dispose off the aforesaid Stamp Appeal Case No.18 of 2019, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
