2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 390 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/414/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has been caught with a stolen motorcycle. He is in jail since 11.06.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, VI, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned court in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 390 of 2024.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Shikarpur police station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner . The court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any case, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
