The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The motorcycle of the informant was stolen away in front of his house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R has been registered against unknown. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused Ravi

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1133 of 2022(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/2 Ranjan from whose possession, stolen motorcycle has been recovered, has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12635 of 2018. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 914 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
