The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Risiyap P.S. Case No. 56 of 2021 registered under Sections 420/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is neither the owner of the vehicle in question nor the petitioner has knowledge about the seized articles. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
