The writ application was filed for a direction upon the respondents to scrutinize the copy of the Intermediate Mathematics subject of the son of the petitioner no.1 for which examination was held on 18.02.2015 and to provide the mark sheets obtained thereat.

Mr. Manish Kumar produces a photo copy of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14900 of 2015 (4) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 certificate issued by the respondent-Board disclosing therein that petitioner no.2 obtained 76 marks in the Mathematics subject. It is stated that the original document has already been handed over to the counsel for the petitioners. The counsel for the petitioners has not objected to the aforesaid contention.

Considering thus, the writ application, in my view, has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U
