2. The petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2016 in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 47 and 53 (C) of the Bihar Excise Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as recovery of 18 litres of Mahua liquor has been made from the 'basa' where he was sleeping which belongs to his brother.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
