The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make correction in date of birth of petitioner, which was wrongly mentioned in marks statement and other documents relating to Secondary School Examination, 2015 as 04.04.1998 in place of 05.03.1997 since the correct date of birth of petitioner is 05.03.1997.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the date of birth of the petitioner in the marks statement and other documents has been wrongly mentioned as 04.04.1998 in place

4. Learned counsel for the Union of India submits that the same relief which has been claimed in C.W.J.C. No. 17907 of 2018 which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.07.2023 with a liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before a competent court, if so advised, for declaration of her date of birth.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on record, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before a competent court, if so advised, for declaration of her date of birth.
