Having regard to the fact that the petitioner only wants implementation of the order of District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal), this writ application seems to be wholly misconceived, inasmuch as, the Tribunal has also been vested with the power to get its order implemented and take action against the authorities, who did not implement its order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14828 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move before the Tribunal for redressal of her grievance raised herein.

That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
