2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Desari (Sahdai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341/323/324/307/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured with a garasa causing grievous injury on the head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has offered to pay Rs. 25,000/- for the treatment of the injured without admitting his guilt.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2023.

8. The petitioner will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. Petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted only after he produces the receipt of deposit amount Rs. 25,000/- in the account of the informant.
