2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioners in connection with Nautan Case No. 315 of 2024 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60909 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/3 191(2), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 109, 103, 352, 351(2), 115(2), 118(1) of B.N.S.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 88198 of 2024 and 88203 of 2024 with a liberty that they will renew their prayer for bail after six months, if so advised.

4. The case of the prosecution is that a panchayati was going on between the parties. When the husband of the informant tried to put forward his point, he was being stopped and was abused. After twenty minutes of panchayati, Kailash Mukhiya gave order to assault, on this petitioner Dinanath Sah assaulted with iron pipe on the back of the head of the Suresh Sah. It is further alleged that as the husband of the informant fell down, petitioner Munna Sah assaulted with lathi on the head. When the family members came to rescue, they were also being assaulted.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that in this case altogether three witnesses have been examined and they have to examine only four more witnesses. The trial is at advance stage.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60909 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 3/3 this case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners at this stage, hence, their prayer for bail stand rejected. However, they will be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail after three months if the trial is not concluded.

7. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
