No. 3 submits that all the retiral dues of the petitioner has already been paid and pension has also been fixed. This submission was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, however, he tried to persuade the Court that this Court may pass order for granting same benefit

Patna High Court CWJC No.15187 of 2015(14) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 to other retired employees.

Since entire retiral dues has been paid and pension has already been fixed, meaning thereby, that relief which was sought for by the petitioner has already been granted , there is no reason to further keep the matte pending.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
