Petitioner had prayed for issuance of no dues certificate and pension in his favour as on account of nonissuance of no dues certificate his pension gratuity and other retiral benefits has not been released.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 5, the Block Education Officer, Sarairanjan, Samastipur, in Para 5 whereof it has been stated that on 17.08.2018 no objection certificate has been issued and sent to the treasury office for issuance of final pension and, as such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
