The order passed on the writ petition has been complied vide order present at Annexure - C to the show cause whereby the prayer of the petitioner for upgradation of the school has been rejected. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the contempt application which is, accordingly, disposed of. The petitioner, if so advised, may question the order of the District Programme Officer annexed at Annexure - C to the show cause by filing an appropriate application before an appropriate forum.
