The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his case for transfer.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is provision for transfer and posting as per choice of the teacher.

Without going into the merit of the choice transfer and posting, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, cum- Chairman of District

Patna High Court CWJC No.18465 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 Education Establishment Committee, Gaya to examine the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the Rules and pass appropriate order for choice transfer and posting at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
