The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Teghara P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Further submission is that this is a case of out and out a civil dispute. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
