2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 647 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2025.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and the deceased has committed suicide. He further submits that the children born out of the wedlock, are presently staying with the family of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64014 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Masaurhi/concerned Court below in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 647 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the Court below before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, will verify the fact regarding where the children of the petitioner is/are staying. It is made clear that the bail bonds of the petitioner shall only be accepted if the children are staying with the family of the petitioner.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner is also directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer on the dates fixed in the trial. Noncompliance of the condition, shall result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
