JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 28.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58158/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during trial informant of the case was examined as PW1 but she did not support the prosecution case. She has stated that when her daughter left the house her age was 19 years and she was in love affairs with petitioner and she solemnized marriage with him. The victim girl, PW2, disclosed her age as 21 years and she also did not support the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
