In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017 for offence under Sections 328, 307, 354, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
