2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the BNS.
3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Rajesh Bharti brought the daughter of the informant in a dead state and placed her dead body in the street of her house and said that her daughter committed suicide. Since then, Rajesh Bharti has absconded from home.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation. He further submits that after 50 days of the occurrence, one Anita Devi stated that this petitioner was present at the place of occurrence. Petitioner is an unmarried lady and

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
