2. The Director, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Secretariat, Patna .... .... Respondents ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Anurag Pandey, Adv. For the Respondent/s : Ms. Nivedita Nirvikar-GA7 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 29-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Within 15 months of posting of the petitioner at Patna that he has been transferred to Darbhanga and the person posted at Darbhanga has been brought to Patna.

Although learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon a circular of the State Government present at Annexure 2 to submit that the duration of posting is normally for a period of three years or at least two years in respect of certain posts, but in the present case the petitioner has been transferred within 15 months. It is, however, stated that the petitioner has already joined his place of posting following the order of transfer.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the order of transfer was passed almost a year

Patna High Court CWJC No.12686 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2017 back and following which the petitioner has also joined his place of posting and a period of almost a year has passed, I am not persuaded to interfere with the order of transfer at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of.
