The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that on the instance of the petitioner, unknown person shot fire on the chest of the informant and fled away. Then the informant was taken to the Hospital for treatment.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is no allegation of assault alleged against the petitioner. The allegation of firing is alleged against the co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Pramod Kumar Mahtha, J.M. 1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. case No.92 of 2019.
