ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.179 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.
Considering the fact that cognizance has already been taken under Section 138 of the N.I. Act with regard to the same transaction and that the petitioner has returned the substantial amount of money, as submitted in the present case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
