2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 27.06.2016 passed by learned A.C.J.M-XIV, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 199 of 2008 by which learned Magistrate has cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner.

3. It has been submitted by learned Senior counsel for the petitioner that due to non-cooperation of the petitioner, his bail bond has been cancelled by learned Magistrate. He further submits that petitioner is ready to appear in the Trial Court and cooperate in the proceeding.

4. In view of the above, this application is allowed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62558 of 2019(5) dt.18-07-2023 2/2 and the impugned order dated 27.06.2016 passed by learned A.C.J.M-XIV, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 199 of 2008 is hereby quashed in the interest of justice. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U T
