2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34621 of 2024, whereby while according the privilege of bail, certain conditions, inter alia, verification of antecedent of the petitioner have been imposed that "if it is found that the petitioner has concealed his criminal antecedent, the court below shall take immediate step for cancelling the bail bond of the petitioner."

3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that at the time of filing of bail application, the petitioner has had absolutely clean antecedent. However, during the pendency of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69680 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 the bail application, the petitioner had been remanded in Nalanda Cyber P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 registered on 16.05.2024 and thus the difficulty has arisen for the petitioner at the time of furnishing bail bond(s). Hence, the present application.

4. In view of the averments made in the present application, the order dated 26.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34621 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent in connection with Nalanda Cyber P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024.

5. The present modification application stands allowed.
