The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2015 registered under Sections 366(A), 504 and 34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3(1)(x)(xii) of S.C./S.T. Act.

In view of statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. m.p.
