It is not in dispute that the petitioner has been reinstated on the quashing of the suspension order. He prays for salary as part of consequential benefits to prefer contempt application but does not dispute that a disciplinary proceeding is going on and thus the period spent under suspension as well as the entitlement of the petitioner to the pay and allowances is one of the features for the disciplinary authority to consider while disposing of the disciplinary proceeding. No cause for contempt is made out.
The contempt application is disposed of.
