Considering the fact that the Apex Court has decided the issue in Mukesh & Anr. vs. The State of Bihar, reported In (2017)5 Scc 383, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with the principle laid down by the Apex Court in Mukesh (Supra) and take final decision on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
