The petitioner seeks bail in Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354B, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant and her mother-in-law by means of sword inflicting head injury to them.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no occurrence as alleged ever took place. It is a counter blast of Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2017 instituted by one of the co-accused of the present case against the informant and others regarding the same occurrence. The injuries sustained by the victim are simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2017.
