2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, in collusion with other accused persons, executed more than one sale deed with respect to the same piece of land to complainant and one Lal Pari Devi.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has

As a matter of fact, original owner of land, namely Shiv Shankar Singh, had given power of attorney to one Hirdaya Kumar Sinha on 10.08.2009 with regard to the land appertaining to Khata No. 315 and Plot No. 2630. The aforesaid land was sold by Hirdaya Kumar Sinha to two persons i.e. the complainant and wife of this petitioner, namely Lal Pari Devi and as such, petitioner has not committed any offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he happens to be husband of Lal Pari Devi. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
