2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 498A/379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have resolved their dispute in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. A copy of the settlement is annexed with the mediator's report dated 21.6.2024.

5. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Considering the mediator's report, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 2213C of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as in terms of settlement.
