Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Raju Yadav. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
