The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made to have entered into marriage with the petitioner and later on was misbehaving and demanding the dowry. There are three children but the husband is not maintaining them. Petitioner is in jail since 18.7.2015.
