The petitioner, being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 120B/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution case is that the niece of the informant was married with co-accused Raju Singh on 08.03.2018, but subsequently, she was being tortured by all the accused persons including the petitioner due to non-fulfillment of the further dowry demand of Rs. 50,000/- and a motorcycle. It is further alleged that on 25.01.2019, the informant came to know that her niece was burnt to death and her dead body has been disposed of.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58851 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2019 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the victim. Moreover, the daughter and husband of the petitioner have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide order dated 20.11.2019 and15.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55996 of 2019 and 66210 of 2019, respectively.

Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific accusation.

Considering the accusation levelled against petitioner being general and omnibus, similarly situated co-accused persons being granted anticipatory bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court and the petitioner being a lady, coupled with the statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Munger in connection with Laraiyatand P.S. Case No. 03 of
