The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1401C of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 504, 498A and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that earlier mother of the petitioner had filed Complaint Case No. 398C of 2019 against the present complainant and in retaliation the complainant has filed the present complaint case against the petitioner. He also submits that petitioner has no criminal

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1401C of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
