JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2018 In the light of certain observations made by this Court, the Examination Board of B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, has taken following decision:
"Considered the matter of promoted result of Umme Kulsum Khatoon, a student of M.J.K. College, Bettiah bearing roll no. 1353301, Reg. No. 46586/14 of T.D.C. Part-I Examination 2015 & T.D.C. Part-II Examination 2016 due to appearing in M.I.L. subject in place of L.L. Hindi (subsidiary) in the light of the order passed by Hon'ble High Court, Patna on 17.09.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 3086/18.
Resolved that the candidate be
Patna High Court CWJC No.3086 of 2018(6) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 allowed to appear in L.L. Hindi (subsidiary) subject only in the examination of T.D.C. Part-I & II of 2018 and after clearing these papers she be allowed to appear at next coming examination of T.D.C. Part-III."
In view of the said decision, the dispute stands resolved. The petitioner shall be at liberty to appear in the examination as indicated in the decision.
My attention has been drawn to Annexure R/6 of the said counter affidavit through which permission to appear in L.L. Hindi (subsidiary) subject in T.D.C. Part-I & II Examination, 2018 has been granted in favour of the petitioner. In view of the above, this application stands disposed of. It is stated by learned counsel for the University that the Vice-Chancellor was present on 01.10.2018, as directed by the Court. However, since the Court was not in session, he marked his attendance before the Registrar General. His attendance stands dispensed with.
