2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 19.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 11822 of 2023 has already stood complied, however the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the order dated 27.08.2024 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary,
