Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 121, 379, 414, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-a), 25(1-aa), 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this court vide orders dated 28.06.2019, 12.09.2019, 30.09.2019 and 15.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 31843 of 2019, 56988 of 2019, 46336 of 2019 and 61909 of 2019.

No.58849 of 2019(3) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018.
